About Lena's Programs

Personal Development

When teams struggle to work together toward expectations and goals, there are almost always interpersonal differences involved. Gaining an awareness of cultural or generational gaps, or differences in fundamental personality types are just a few of the insights Lena offers. Whether you are looking to improve your team’s performance in Communication, Leadership, Teamwork, or Hospitality, interpersonal skill development is key. Lena believes in the impact of a customized program and will work with you to ensure content is personal and meaningful to your group and objectives.

Interpersonal Skills

Mental awareness and the ability to manage life is the foundation of every program Lena creates. Her experience has taught her that real and lasting fulfillment has to begin with an individual desire to grow, before we can have any influence on what’s happening around us. Awareness, Acceptance, Attitude and Accountability are her cornerstones for transcendent change.

About Lena

Lena Scullard began LMS Productions with one goal in mind, to empower people to improve their confidence and sense of capability throughout their personal and professional lives.

Lena’s expertise includes Personal and Interpersonal Skills Development, which she believes are the foundations of both personal and professional effectiveness. She has facilitated programs from Franklin Covey, The Pacific Institute, Achieve Forum, DiSC, and more. In addition to several facilitation certifications, Lena holds a B.A. in Theater and a B.A. in English Literature.

Lena grew up in rural Minnesota, surrounded by a supportive family (despite her crazy dreams and pursuits) and a tremendously close community. At the age of 8, Lena was diagnosed with Type 1 (Juvenile) Diabetes, which brought her strength and steadiness, despite hardships and tough life lessons that she often shares with her audience. She remains active in Community Theater and loves adventure and getting involved in planning events. She lives in Minnesota with her husband and spunky dog, Moxie.

"Everyone at some point in their life experiences feelings of being stuck, stressed, or searching for something more. I've been there. Now I want to help others see the potential in their own lives."
